So, I try my luck by going back to the shop and measure the difference. Actually, out of that one month, I spent almost 17 days at Kuching, which also means I only used that for about 2 weeks.Feeling guilty when I said so, because I had been wasting money and not using them frequently.=(

I lost 7 kg and also 6cm of my tummy!!

Wow... I'm so happy, going to work harder to slim down...haha... there's still a lot of fat floating on my tummy...=P

No heavy exercise-I'm lazy.XD
